1. Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this period, the table may be released to walk-in guests. For parties of 8 or more, a credit card may be required to secure the reservation. We reserve the right to combine smaller tables to accommodate large parties.
2. Ordering and Payment
All orders placed through our website or app are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is required at the time of ordering for online and phone orders. For dine-in, payment is due at the time of service. A 20% gratuity may be added for parties of 6 or more.
3. Cancellation Policy
Online and delivery orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are at our discretion. Reservation cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. No-shows for large party reservations may result in a cancellation fee of $25 per person. Catering order cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our restaurant. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather, traffic, and order volume. Lagos Buka is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. A minimum order of $20 applies to all delivery orders. A delivery fee of $3.99 is applied at checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lagos Buka strives to provide accurate information about our menu, including ingredients and allergens. However, we cannot guarantee that all dishes are free from allergens due to cross-contamination risks. Guests with severe allergies should exercise caution and inform their server. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, menu descriptions, and graphics, is the property of Lagos Buka and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7. User Conduct
When using our website or services, you agree not to use automated systems to place orders; provide false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or engage in any activity that disrupts our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
